NAV.M.EL. G.P. was first established in 1987 and operated until 1991. During that time, plans and studies were prepared for traditional, fishing and professional - tourist ships.
In 1992, the TECHNICAL NAVAL BUREAU GERASIMOS D. KOUROUKLIS was founded by the main shareholder of NAV.M.EL. G.P., Gerasimos Kourouklis. The bureau specializes in constructions, reconstrustions – conversions – modifications and retrofits, studies and expert reports and claims.
In February 2026, the TECHNICAL NAVAL BUREAU GERASIMOS D. KOUROUKLIS was renamed toNAV.M.EL., NAVAL - MECHANICAL - ELECTRICAL TECHNICAL BUREAU, GERASIMOS D. KOUROUKLIS.
